Shipping and Order Processing Times
We are committed to processing and shipping all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) after the order has been placed. In many cases, your order will be shipped the same business day. If you place an order on the weekend or during a major holiday, it will typically be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Calculation
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and your shipping destination. To determine the exact shipping cost, simply add the products to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. There, you will be presented with various Shipping Method choices and their corresponding prices. For a single pair of skates, shipping generally ranges from $10 to $14.

Shipping Methods
We use UPS and FedEx for most of our orders. Both carriers offer the following shipping options:
Ground Shipping
1-6 business days based on your location.
Expedited - Next Day
Orders by 2:00pm EST (Mon-Fri) arrive the next business day.
Expedited - 2 Day
Orders by 2:00pm EST (Mon-Fri) arrive in 2 days.
Expedited - 3 Day
Orders by 2:00pm EST (Mon-Fri) arrive in 3 days.
Signature Requirement
UPS does not require a signature for deliveries. If you prefer to require a signature for your order, please indicate this in the comments section when checking out, or contact us to let us know. The final decision on whether to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you prefer the delivery person to leave your order on your doorstep, we recommend leaving a note requesting “No Signature Required.
